Ilaria was born in Florence but spent her adult life in London. She has always been interested in esoteric practises but it wasn’t until a very challenging personal experience that her spiritual journey began.
Ilaria discovered the Gong at a seminar. When she was lucky enough to be in the presence of a beautiful 80″ gong, reverberating all throughout London Union Chapel one crispy October day in 2011, she knew she had to learn the skills.
Taught by well known Gong Master Sheila Whittaker, Ilaria is a qualified and insured Gong Practitioner and a member of the College of Sound Healing. She also holds the certificate of Tuning Fork Sound Practitioner, accredited by two international training organisations, the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
Her sound therapy method is about providing a safe loving space and getting the clients to let go, give in to the sound and let it create an experience.
Ilaria only uses high quality gongs, tuning forks and instruments for her work.
